After watching five minutes of this, I realize I love cringe.

I'm sorry, but I really don't get the logic behind Ice Nine Kills and Motionless In White being more cringe than Attila and Limp Bizkit. Attila should be in its own category above pure cringe in my opinion.

ice nine kills is so good live though. they might be too theatrical for some people but it makes for an incredible show. the vocals are amazing too.

How is Slipknot cringe? Maybe their imagery is cringe to some people, but their lyrics come from a dude venting out about things from his rough past all the way to just issues in the world he feels strongly about. The music itself may not be for everyone, but it definitely isn't cringe.

I strongly disagree about ice nine kills and motionless in white

Had to stop at Ice Nine Kills. Have you seen any of the Child's Play movies? They perfectly captured the essence in Assault & Batteries. What was even more odd was that you said Limp Bizkit is at least self aware and that makes them a less cringe. I don't know why that wouldn't apply to Ice Nine Kills also. The song writing is top notch as well as the lyrics.

Ice Nine Kills, Motionless In White, and Slipknot being more cringe than Limp Bizkit and Attila? Hahahahahaha nah not even close. Attila and Limp are like FFDP levels of cringe no questions asked. If anything Ice and Motionless are "cringe but fun" and Slipknot belong in like mild cringe.

Ink and miw sound amazing and their lyrics are super fun, they could be the most cringe bands on the planet and I would still love them.

I didn’t think anyone found the mask for Slaughter To Prevail cringe. To me it’s their best selling point to differentiate themselves from other Deathcore bands. Need a shit tier Slipknot ripoff list. Some try the mask thing and end up looking so bad

Ice Nine Kills is one of the most creative and dedicated metal bands out there today. They but on a better live show and commitment to their concepts better than almost every other band on this list. I’ll defend them forever, so let’s not confuse creativeness with cringe
