I believe harnessing art and creativity to access a single-focused flow state is incredibly therapeutic and has helped me evolve and maintain a cleaner mental space as I travel through this human experience. When we focus on creation, we can tap into the temporarily unpolluted mind, and enter a meditative trance-like state. This is a safe, explorative, and inspiring space, and I hope you know that you landed here for a reason :)

Wow I love this!! Itβs like - who cares if itβs good or not? I know that has stopped me in the past - βoh well Iβm not good at art so why even try?β Or I only stick to things Iβm good at like making collages or scrap booking
