For a cancer patient, especially at that age, there can be no better gift in the world than such a touching moment from her idol and hero. That may have just been a small moment to Taylor and her fan at another concert, but to that small child, that's her reason to keep fighting through that cancer. Taylor deserves a lot of credit, but that child is the real hero.

Oh my gosh I am breaking out in tears right now. Taylor is so sweet and kind. Taylor made the possible last days of Scarlett's life special.
